How do I find the correct size for a wetsuit or tri-suit?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. For wetsuits, weight is the most important factor, followed by height and chest measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a competitive, compressive fit.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

ZONE3 ships globally. Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while express options are available at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure that wetsuits are tried on carefully over clean clothes to avoid any fingernail tears or damage, as damaged items cannot be accepted.

How should I care for my ZONE3 neoprene gear?

To extend the life of your gear, always rinse it with fresh water after use, especially after swimming in salt water or chlorine. Hang it to dry inside-out in the shade, away from direct sunlight, and avoid using wire hangers which can damage the shoulders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In select regions, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna or Afterpay.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All ZONE3 products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like seam failures or material flaws but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
